Welcome to my website!

My name is Elisabeth Carlucci. I am an alternative practitioner of Psychotherapy, a trauma-informed coach, systemic family constellator, Yoga and Meditation Teacher. I facilitate women’s circles, retreats and am the founder of “Dakini Circle”. Furthermore, I have a professional background as an artist and theater actress.

For me, adult life is about unlearning our programmed patterns and fixations and therefore be able to more and more experience the silent joy of being moment by moment with what is. My offerings are directed towards supporting my clients to experience themselves fully and be able to be more and more present with their actual experience of life.

Most of my life, I have been researching what it means to live in a wise way. An important aspect that I discovered is reducing complexity and embracing the simplicity that life is offering us when we live with clarity, awareness and devotion.

Once we come in contact with our essence, the eternal heart, there is truly not much of what we need to be content. This is not a quick fix for our problems, but a slow, embodied process towards true fulfillment springing forth from within. I see myself as a mentor, guide and support system for those, who feel the calling, while I am on the journey myself.

The tools that I offer are elements that have supported me on my own journey. My biggest love of all is Meditation. While we learn what Meditation really means, we encounter all of our blockages, pains, unfelt emotions and mental and emotional patterns. That’s where psychology, womb awakening work, constellation work and so on play an important role. These tools can help us to see ourselves clearer and let go of what is ready to be released.
