Meditation and Yoga


Spirituality, especially Meditation, is my biggest passion in life. Understanding our true nature, the enlightened mind and how to live a life in accordance with this beyond monastic life is my life’s purpose. Freedom has always been one of the biggest values in my life. In my search for freedom, I found out that true freedom lies in the enlightened mind.

Since my teenage years I have trained with wonderful Masters in India, Nepal, Indonesia, Thailand, USA and Europe and am deeply grateful to be able to practice and share the science of Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.


I teach classical Yoga based on the Yoga Sutras of the Indian sage Patanjali and scripts like the Hatha Yoga Pradipika. Nowadays, modern science recognizes the benefits of Yogic practices on the nervous system, the brain, mind and all organs. Through the practice of Yoga we can live a healthy, happy and balanced lifestyle.
I would be honored to accompany you on your path and support you with practices, spiritual guidance and advice.
